Challenge:
Paramount Properties' old website, www.ParamountApts.com, was more than three years old and primarily Flash-based. The company wanted to greatly improve its search engine optimization (SEO) and wanted to improve the user experience, make the site easier to use, enhance the visual appeal of the site, and provide more comprehensive apartment informative to its visitors.
Solution:
With search engine optimization web copy created by Marketing Breakthroughs, Ottawa apartment hunters can now quickly and easily located Paramount Properties online. Our "lure"-based copywriting told the story of each of Paramount's apartment buildings, describing to the visitor what features they can expect, what the neighbourhood is like, and why that should move there. Users can also compare prices and check out unit floor plans.
In addition, MB commissioned the photography for the entire project, with brand new pictures for all of Paramount's properties. Many of these pictures were used in the Flash-based Virtual Tour, a unique feature in the Ottawa apartment rental market.
