Marketing Breakthroughs will be featured as the Cover Story in
the March 2008 issue of Ontario Dentist, a magazine
published by the Ontario Dental Association and distributed to more
than 6,000 dentists across the province.
The article, written by MB's President & CEO Steve Klein, is
titled "Overcoming Dental Phobia: A Marketer's Perspective". The
article delivers a series of innovative marketing tips that will
make dental practices more inviting and reassuring for those
patients that are extremely anxious about visiting the
dentist.
It's all about experience marketing -- that is, improving the
patient experience by creating a stand-out first impression and a
pleasing, relaxing dental experience. Marketing Breakthroughs has
provided experience marketing services to several of its clients,
including the Family Dental Centre in Frankford, Ont.
Steve Klein has marketed dental practices since 1997 and has
delivered courses on dental marketing (including a highly
successful series of seminars of the art of reducing no-shows and
last-minute cancellations) to more than 350 dental offices across
Canada.
