In an ongoing effort to "stay ahead of the Jones'" and maintain
a "best-in-class" philosophy, Marketing Breakthroughs puts a great
deal of priority on professional development. This is especially
true in the web department as the methodology and technology
changes so rapidly. Staff members must stay immersed in the
industry in order to stay ahead of the game.
This past week, Web Marketing Manager, Dave Delage, and Web
Coordinator, Andrew Butts looked to hone in on these skills by
taking proof of proficiency tests offered by the Google Testing
Centre. Already a Google guru, Dave challenged himself with the
"Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam", while Andrew focused on the
"Google Analytics Individual Qualification Test". Both were
successful in their initiatives and are well on their way to
becoming Google Certified.
Not to be outdone, the rest of the MB staff also work diligently
towards their professional development. Project Manager Casey
O'Brien recently completed a Project Management course from
Algonquin College as she works towards her PMP Certification, while
Graphic Designer, Kaspar Tingley, is busy preparing for an Adobe
After Effects CS4 course in early Fall.
